Our dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic property management team look after a large spectrum of properties across London. Working closely with our letting offices, they will take over the smooth running of a tenancy from the day the tenants enter the property.
Our services include; arranging quotes, maintenance works/refurbishment, property inspections, gas and electrical safety inspections and return of deposits. Our property managers understand that a property is someone’s pride and joy, but is also someone’s home. These values ensure that we work closely with all clients and tenants alike, and provide the best service possible.
We will only employ the best contractors trained to Government standards – Gas Safe registered, NICEIC, Fensa etc. Our panel of contractors also hold full public liability insurance. As a department we are here to give all clients peace of mind and remove the day to day stresses of letting your property.
Once the tenancy has started, you will be assigned a property manager dedicated to the area that your property is in. We also have a panel of out of hours contractors that tenants can contact if an urgent matter requires addressing.
